Ky Phu Ward, Nho Quan District, Ninh Binh Province
Trang An Golf Club opened in October 2016. Currently, along with two other projects belonging to the same parent company is Bai Dinh Mountain Pagoda and Trang An Ecological Tourist Area, Trang An Golf Course has been contributing to promote Ninh Binh Tourism to the world.
Trang An Golf Club is owned by Xuan Truong Construction Company, which consists of two 18-hole golf courses, a clubhouse and training ground. In addition, five star villas, swimming pools and tennis courts will also be built in the near future. At the same time, the club is also building a golf course in Ninh Binh City to introduce and promote the golf field to local residents.
The Club is built on the four principles set forth by President Nguyen Van Truong:
Create as many jobs for the people as possible, with a steady income.
Pay attention to environmental protection.
Bringing high quality service.
The club is making every effort to implement these principles.
The 72-mile par 72 championship golf course features two lakes, five streams and 98 bunkers for players to navigate their game.
At the beginning, we started the 9 holes of the golf course on Pine Hill, known as "Technical Course" in early July 2017. The 18 hole course will consist of 16 par 3 and 2 par 4. The green is very large and very fast.
The new facility was designed by Golf East (Thailand) and Robert Bicknell. During construction, we only cut a few mature trees. This is a clear example of how to build a parallel ecosystem with nature. Of the more than 20,000 pine trees in the hills, the club is only tearing down below 10%. The club has replaced the cut trees to ensure the continued development of the forest.
The grass used on the new lawn is the latest in lawn and grass, which saves 98% of maintenance costs. That means we do not need to use any chemicals to keep the grass growing healthy.
With a beautiful and potential city like Ninh Binh, it is no surprise that the club is very proud of the golf course and is constantly striving to attract new opportunities as well as tourists to this land.
